Gable Wayne Andrade, 22, of Captain Cook pleaded no contest Feb. 11 to driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying police officers. He was sentenced to pay $474 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He must also serve an unspecified amount of jail time, and his license was revoked.

William J. Keith, 44, of Kona pleaded guilty Feb. 11 to driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with an improper license. He was sentenced to pay $474 in fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He must also perform an unspecified number of community service hours.

David Seth Lisook, 34, of Kailua-Kona pleaded guilty Feb. 11 to driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with an improper license. He was sentenced to pay $574 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

Travis Lee May, 43, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Feb. 11 to driving under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to pay $974 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

Jordan Randall Swingley, 28, of Kailua-Kona pleaded no contest Feb. 11 to driving under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to pay $937 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

Arion Lanakila Cabanatan, 22, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded no contest Feb. 14 to driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to pay $687 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

Rodney Icalla Guerpo, 28, of Waikoloa pleaded no contest Feb. 14 to driving under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to pay $437 in fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

Hudson Hebel, 31, of Maui pleaded no contest Feb. 19 to driving under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to pay $437 in fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

Travis Desmond Wheeler, 32, of Kailua-Kona pleaded guilty Feb. 25 to racing on a highway, reckless driving, disobeying police officers, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, consuming or possessing an intoxicating liquor while operating a motor vehicle, refusal to submit to a breath, blood or urine test, resisting arrest, second-degree assault of a law enforcement officer and speeding. He was sentenced to pay $944 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. His license was also revoked and he must serve an unspecified amount of jail time.

Shannon Kanoelehua Autrey, 34, of Las Vegas pleaded guilty Feb. 25 to driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to pay $412 in fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

Wayne Smith, 19, of Kailua-Kona pleaded no contest Feb. 25 to driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with an improper license and third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug. He was sentenced to pay $479 in fines and fees, in addition to undisclosed fee amounts, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He must also perform an unspecified number of community service hours and serve an unspecified amount of jail time.

Francine Cooper, 38, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., pleaded no contest Feb. 28 to driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to pay $437 in fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

Mario Magana Murillo, 25, of Kona pleaded no contest Feb. 28 to driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with an improper license, failure to have no-fault motor vehicle insurance and refusal to submit to a breath, blood or urine test. He was sentenced to pay $1,408 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. His license was also revoked.

Phaedra Kammerer Pilago, 38, of Kailua-Kona pleaded guilty Feb. 28 to driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to pay $687 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
